At Lover Beauty, we are committed to delivering premium Eau de Parfum, perfume oils, and long-lasting fragrances across India. Every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Refund Policy before placing your order.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

​

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, perfume oils, and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist if you receive:

  • A damaged perfume bottle

  • A leaking product

  • An incorrect fragrance or item

  • A product missing from your order

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Images of the shipping package (if damaged)

Our support team will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Products

​

The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Perfume oils that have been tested or used

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders with fragrance preferences or personal scent expectations

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or incorrect)

As fragrance is a personal preference, we cannot offer refunds simply because the scent does not meet individual expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund (where applicable)

  • Store credit (if suitable)

Requests made after the reporting period may not be eligible.

Order Cancellation

​

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once your Lover Beauty perfume order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

​

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • We shipped the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The order could not be fulfilled due to an error on our side.
